Our Annual Turnover for the Financial year 2022-23 is 1 Crore 93 Lac  GST 9 and GST9C return Compulsory for us???????

No, Not compulsory....

GSTR 9 above 2cr
GSTR 9C is 5cr

Yes agree with Raja sir but as per my opinion if any mismatch in Gstr1 and 3b and gstr9..then you have filed it other wise not required to file gstr9 less than 2cr turnover..
