Whether execution of BILL TO SHIP TO MODEL requires a specific registration with GST Dept?
So does for Merchantise trade in IEC Registration with DGFT?

No.... Bill to Ship is one of the provisions prescribed in place of supply rules.
No separate registration required. It is just a goods delivery option which can be used by any registered person.
