We have 1 machinery imported from China.
The machine is currently at Chennai port.
the machine is to be used at Nagpur (Maharashtra)
but the GST mentioned in Import export certificate is of Gujarat state & even in Bill of Entry GST mentioned is of Gujarat state.
can we directly bring machine from Chennai to Nagpur
or we have to first bring it to Gujarat & then transfer it to Nagpur??

You can move the machinery from Chennai to Nagpur through e-way bill. Also make sales bill from Gujarat to Nagpur...
