By typing mistake, I have entered extra three rupees for State tax for one HSN code and filed GSTR1. I come to know there is no amendment in HSN summary. Kindly suggest me how to correct the extra amount add for State tax.

You can correct this in the next GSTR-1 filing by adjusting the values accordingly.
Basically, in your next GSTR-1, you can report the correct values for that HSN code, which would effectively nullify the extra Rs.3/- you added for State tax. This way, the correct tax amount will reflect in your GST returns going forward.
