Gst adjustments

I run a call taxi business. I collect 5% Gst from the riders. Its out correct? 

I pay Gst for my service providers. 

Can the tax, adjusted?

As per Notification 17/2017 CT (R) : , the GST is to pay by E-operator in case :
Services by way of transportation of passengers by a radio-taxi, motorcab, maxicab and motor cycle.
