Gst acknowledgement form

after successful data entry in all the fields

i am getting success message

but when i tried for downloading acknowledgement / download form

the said two buttons "downloading acknowledgement / download form"

are not appearing on screen (i.e., on monitor of my desktop)

but, when i tried to take print out of the screen by right clicking the mouse

those two are appering in the print preview / and print out

pl.find attached documents
