If you use your company's GSTIN you will have to show it in your books of accounts. ITC will not be available

Ok sir thanks
You may quote your company's gstin and take itc.

Such transactions (being personal in nature) even if accounted in books cannot be claimed as deduction from income tax. Further, ITC cannot be claimed and same needs to be reversed while filing GST returns.

Ok thanks sir
Sometimes personal expense can also be an expense for business purpose

@ veerendar singh

This is the first time I am hearing something like this 😂😂

Yeah it is possible.
lot of people read statutes narrowly.

one must pay great heed to understand the nature of business, relationship and intention for commercial transaction.

Yes but personal expenses can never be business expenses

Ok sir
It can be business expenses for being incurred with commercial rationalisation

A trimmer purchased for personal use has no commercial rationalisation.

If trimmer purchased by barber or to sell it further then it has business purpose.

So if it is of personal nature then it cannot be for business purpose in any case.

Here the querist has specifically mentioned that it is for personal purpose. If so, on what basis can we treat this personal expense as business expense?
