Just initiate  with best lines and dont wait for others initiate , toh sasbse acha rahega but dont stretch it so long just 2 minutes than someone to speak or u can said yes friends whats ur opinion etc. etc. . Control on ur body language while speaking and hearing i mean dont move ur hands so fast while u speaking. when u speak on topic first tell about their positive thing than negative impact and last conclusion , all these will be finished in 3-4 minutes because no one can allow to you speak, so be confident and speak well because ek hi moka milega brother ......
