I am working an private ltd company around 7.6 years now am resigned my job, so how much can i receive gratuity from employer please give me the value and tds details (total salary 64000 rs/month and basic pay rs 32000 DA not mentioned in pay slip.

Please note, the Formula...
Elig. Gratuity = Working Years x Last Basic Salary/26 x 15 days
= 7.6 x 32000/26 x 15
= 1,40,308/-
