Please let me know rules to be adpoted for Gratutity Valuation of Pvt Ltd Companay leaving after 5 years of Service. Sholud we use Gratituty Act Covereed Or Not Covered?

The Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 applies to factories and other
establishments employing ten or more persons. If you are in factor than you are covered under gratuity act 1972 otherwise no.
