granted exemption not appearing in exam portal

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Ganapti Sahoo  a C.A Final  new syllabus  student, having bearing registration number SRO0413180. Sir I have secured 60 marks in financial reporting paper(paper-1) of ca final  old syllabus exam held in may 2018 .But i converted to new syllabus from ca final old syllabus on 24/05/2018,i.e before declaration of result of may-2018 exam. 

Sir my concern is that the exemptionwhich  i  have obtained in financial reporting paper is not appearing in my  exam portal account. And for the  application for obtaining  exemption you  have mentioned to  send a copy of statement of marks in which exemption is granted but sir in my case i have not yet got statement of marks of may 2018 exam,therefore i have attached herewith the statement of marks as shown in exam result declaration portal.


Sir, kindly consider my concern and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
