dear sir,

i want to know about graguity , sir have completed my 4.7year and 21 days of work now i have an given a regignation now i have to complete my 25 days of notice period .

i want to know that i am aaplicable to take graguity or not .

i have seen that 1 year is of 240 days of work ,but we are doing more than 240 days of work in a year so what is consider in this case

please provide me suggestion.

If you have worked more than 180 days in your last year of working, it will be counted as full year (in your case total service length will counted 5 yrs) and gratuity will be applicable
