What will be the impact of this issue to students pursuing CA and those who are CA?

There is a demand from some corners that an independent oversight board to be operative in INDIA tuned with international regulatory framework in the audit and accounting profession, somewhat in the same manner like SEBI, Competition Commission of India, etc...
