There is new Co.Incorpoation and Govt. Employees desires to become the Director. Can anyone help me outof this situtaton. If yes is the answer kindly suggest best possible things to avoid conflict of interest of both the parties.

Yes some govt employees can became.. but this mainly depends on the agreement of the place where he is working...
So before becaming director one should complete look on the job/employee agreement with the employer
