my CA is confused about google adsense earning. so he asked me to provide my nature of work. here is Terms and condition i found when i registered on google adsese.

paragraph 15 state that:
Independent Contractors. The parties are independent contractors and the 12, the AdSense Terms do not create an agency, partnership, or joint venture.
so does it mean basically i working for myself? can i submit tax under 44AD and use business code "Other computation related services n.e.c. 14010"
google adsense is my only earning source. it will be really helpful for me if someone give some time and read the terms and condition and help me out please.
