I have a blog in my name in blogger.I am an Indian resident. I would like to post Google ads(Google office is in USA) in my blog.What are the legal aspects That i have to comply with.Do i need an import export code.What are the disclosures and taxes that apply to this.Could anybody clarify.

i don't have much idea bout taxes... but i guess this would help you ========================== Google India was earlier ordered to pay service tax for selling Google Adwords. Now even Adsense Publishers in India will have to pay Service Tax to the government. The Indian Finance Bill of 2006 clearly states that sale of space for advertisement in places other than the print media will attract a 12% service tax. This includes providing space for display, advertising, showcasing of any product or service on Internet.
