Goods sent on wrong Destination

We raised a tax invoice (along with e-way bill) of Rs.198000/- (which is due to wrong address on the bill) mistakenly sent from Delhi to Tamil Nadu, not going to Tamil Nadu and going to Chennai, When the transporter reached Tamil Nadu with the goods. It was found that the goods have reached the wrong destination. Today it has been almost a month and that goods are lying on the transporter itself, now I want to know how can we transport that goods from Tamil Nadu to Chennai. What documents should be prepared for that etc.
