We have sold goods but not deliverd and its laying at transport warehouse due to transport issue and we issued credit note but material not recd now issue resolve after 10month and material want retutn but credit already issued now how to return this material with waybill.

Credit note must not be issued immediately. Internal concurrence must be received.
Issue Debit note against the Credit Issued Earlier & Issue fresh Credit Note Now.
In order to take back the material create one delivery challan and generate e_waybill against the delivery challan !
