Hi Sir / Madam,
We want to return 500pcs of Readymade garment samples to our principal at Delhi. We received these goods on 25.06.2017 as branch transfer ( Form F ) from Principal to Consignee Agent.
So please suggest me how to make Debit Note for these returns in GST Regime.

Pay GST at Branch and take credit at Principal (head) Office. In GST Regime Form F is irrelevant
