What is need for them to send it approval to govt? They can give orders for restriction of termination of artcies with out their approval. Why now?

Conclusion is, if it is for the benfit of the students they will take approval, but if it is for the benefit of the members, no approval is required!!!

Members are vote bank. It is just formality. Before this announcement they announced for reduction in articleship period for pcc route students but after 6 months when students send them mail then replied then they replied, "it is a long drawn process, we send this proposal for approval of govt,  students are advised to study as present regulations." Still there is no clarification in this matter. 50% pcc route students completed 3.5 years and remaining 40% completed more than 3 years, so now there is no hope in this matter. When they increased Articleship it was announced immediately but for reduction they need approval of Govt.

After doing stipend double still it will be very low. I dont know about metros but in small city and even in jaipur C.A.s are doing audits just for Rs. 600/-. Now you can imagine that can they pay stipend to their articles at present slabs. Stipend slab should be as follows:

1st year :3000/-

2nd year: 4000/-

3rd year : 5000/-

Above rate should be uniform for all over India.

At least they will pay half stipend. I am very sure that stipend will be doubled very soon because CS institute already doubled it. So it is matter of prestige for the ICAI Administration. Otherwise this matter will also be in cold bag, just like CA Shiksha and Articleship reduction.

Another horrible joke added in ICAI's list. Somebody teach me how to live in delhi for Rs. 2000 a month. My elder is doing intern as phd student in us and he has bought a New Nissan car woth $ 40,000 last year. In just 1 year of intern.

We are also kind of intern and have ask money from home even though we work full time for a sucking employer. (Sorry principle is inappropriate word.)

would be more benefecial for all if revised from beginning of articleship with retrospective effect......

3rd year-1500+1500=Rs3000.00

This is not enough (7hours*24days in a month)

Per Day for 1st year=Rs 2000/24=Rs.83.33

Per Day for 2nd year=Rs.2500/24=Rs104.17

Per Day for 3rd Year=Rs.3000/24=Rs.125.00"

A beldaar, crashing stone, working as labour in my under construction house is taking 175/- per day.

And who says it's 7 hours * 24days?

It is 8-9 hours for 25-26 days. dont go by the ICAI rules.

They are good for none.
