The stipend revision will be effective in 2011 when the results of Census will be published by the Govt. of India

No i disagree. Nobody joins CA for the Rs. 2000 stipend. What u get after passing out, has more relevance.

It will be a relief for the students especially who come from middle class and lower middle class families.

I think what is or will become stipend that doesn'r matter. becoming charted matters not stipend

IT WILL BE BENEFECIAL FOR STUDENTS . THEY WILL BE ABLE TO MEET THEIR PERSONAL EXPENSES ATLEAST

it wont be significant increase; and it wont matter actually.
