Good firm required for ca articleship

First of all I would like to clear the perception of students that they cant do articleship in BIG4 firms or good firms because of their IPCC marks.This is not truth.I have known students coring 205 in first group and still hired as article in big4 firms.basically communication and dedication is seen.
