Gmcs and membership

I have pass ca final may 2012 and get job so no time for gmcs and without gmcs no membership number alloted still i have no time for gmcs but want membership and this position is many student who cleard exam but not doing gmcs. Institute should announce student who cleard final exam and if they are in old gmcs category then they will membership without gmcs after paying fees for gmcs. Ky aisa ho sakta hai apki ray digiye.
