Hello sir, as per notification dated 14.06.16 those who joined articles after 1.1.16 are deemed to be completed their GMCS if they have completed orientation programme.Now we are doing GMCS 1 from 6.6.16. What will be our stand sir. As we have completed our Orientation programme and also under going GMCS 1 programme as we all registered ariticles after 1.1.16. Kindly reply us sir.

You won't need to do GMCS then. But given the fact that it is already going on, there's no point turning back.
And also, ICAI have clearly stated that this new amendment will come into the effect from 1st July, 2016 which means you will have to complete it.

Relevant extract from ICAI announcement, dated 14.06.2016, "Students enrolling to the batches commencing from July 1, 2016 onwards would be required to undergo Orientation Course for 15 days in accordance with the new syllabus and new guidelines."
