Dear friends need an urgent suggestion
I am at my last 3 months of articleship and in my scheme I m supposed to complete my GMCS 2 by the end of articleship. And I have an ISSUE here. My boss isnt letting me do it and he is unconvincible on the other hand the adherence to the institute rules. I am feeling real helpless. ould someone suggest something.

I think you need to talk to ur boss... as without his approval nothing wil gonna b good.. because finally he is the boss...
so just sit and talk with him.. request him to allow u for this....

you can try that... but transfer is with the permission of both article and CA
Not for he transfer but about finding a way out. As this is the part of the curriculum principle is bound to allow me. Lets see what the Board has to say.
yes you can directly talk or mail to the icai officials... surely they wil guide you in this matter....
