can any one yell me where to submit online form generatred by nirc site for GMCS

You have to submit Demand draft and hard copy of acknowledgement (confirm the hard copy part from institute) at ICAI HQ at ITO, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi-110002. If you submit there by hand you will get a receipt. That's it. Relevant phone no. are
