Glitches in filing ITR-3 online

I am filing ITR 3 and reporting professional income u/s 44ADA and have correctly shown (1) Gross receipts (2) Profits as 50% of gross receipts and (3) Correctly mentioned about details of maintenance of books of accounts. The website is repeatedly showing error message - all above not down and does not enable hyperlink to rectify error. I have reported grievance to the IT dept but no help. This is going on for 2 weeks now. Very frustrating. Can anyone please assist? Thanks

Professionals in Interior decorations,Technical consulting,,Engineering, Accounting,Legal, Medical, Architecture whose gross receipts is less than or equivlent to INR 50Lakhs can opt for presumptive taxation under section 44ADA.

Do you fullfill the above conditions?? Taxpayers who choose presumptive taxation under Section 44ADA should report such income as Profits and Gains from business/profession and file Form ITR-4..For more information google search "section 44ADA of Incometax act"

Thanks for your reply. I have been filing ITR-3 for the last few years for this assessee with presumptive professional income and interest income without any issues. There seems to be a glitch in the IT portal and the IT dept is unable to resolve it. I have made repeated attempts.
