government giving salary to Indian citizen who is serving outside India is taxable under.sec 9. why govt. charge tax finally it comes to its pocket.

The person who is working outside the boundaries of India is tend to be a non resident or resident of India until and unless he or she fulfills the criteria of staying 182 days in India in the current year if this criteria is fulfilled then the section 9 under Income Tax Act 1961 provides the income generated or accruing to the person shall be taxable on the grounds of income generation..
