Giving display rights in tally erp 9

I want to give only display rights to few users in my company.  They should be able to view & print accounting vouchers but should not alter/create/delete vouchers.

In Security settings when I Disallow rights to  Create/Alter Accounting Vouchers,  then the user is not able to view the voucher.  Only List of Vouchers is visible, but when Enter is pressed  it is giving Access Denied.

Please guide me how to implement this ?
