I have my own residential house building.Now my wife is willing to purchase a Flat (Apartment) from his own fund & loan.She need some help from me ,Could I gift her 5-10 Lacs for this purpose?

Whether My Mother i.e. Mother-in-Law of my wife could gift her?

Yes, you may gift her, and she need not pay any tax on it.
