NOW I WANT TO PURCHASE A RESIDENTIAL FLAT AND FOR THAT DAUGHTER HAS TO GIVE ME 10 LAKH. SINCE GIFT CAN NOT BE TAKEN BACK CAN I GIVE HER A SHARE IN THE NEW PROPERTY( IN PURCHASE DEED) TO AVOID THIS PROVISION OR MAKE HER A JOINT OWNER.
