Recently my boss got gift cash Rs.300000 by directly deposited in to bank account.
Is it taxable.If taxable what are the exemptions.He got the above gift on his marriage

Nice question dude,,, I would like to inform you that any gifts received on the occassion of marriage is wholly exempt from any type of tax.
You can review the Section 56 for detail.
