Gift of land to me from my mother's sister's spouse
Would I or the transferor be liable to any tax, in the case of a gift of land to me from my mother's sister's spouse? Any cap on gift?

gift form (mother , father,sister,brother,wife ) not taxable
in your case tax is applicable (capital gain )
