Getting paid in dollars as salary

Dear Sirs,

I would be getting my salary in dollars (equivalent currency in Indian rupees) in my next job. And the complete taxation burden is my responsiblity. Being a new company getting established in the country, there is no PF or goverment direct taxes etc. are not involved. Could you please advise, how best the income taxes can be minimised.? I may have to pay advance taxes etc. Would be really grateful if one of you can advise me regarding the same. Thanks a million in advance.

Will you be getting salary in your Indian bank account? If yes, your company has to take of TDS. You should be also alert on paying taxes if company doesn't cut TDS.
