Getting employed

Well, this is a very general question.

It obviously depends on his skills (like communication and presentation skills, etc), his attitude, his knowledge, etc.

Doesn't matter, whether his age is 35 or he has done his articleship in a small firm, if he is well equipped with the above, to get a good job!

Yeah sure its not the matter where he had done his articleship,the company will be seeing his attitude and dedication towards the work.
