Genpact ca fresher job
Dear All,
I am a CA qualified in May 2015.How is genpact for CA fresher? If i join R2R profile as Management Trainee in genpact then what are the growth prospects in future.Moreover if i want to switch to some other company after 2-3 years then what options would remain available to me.My process would be r2r in insurance sector for USA client company.Please provide your opinions and suggestions.

Genpact will not give you right exposure....they are struggling with there own challanges...like good ERP implimentation...there is not any good reputation for genpact employees....you will gain great communication skills...but not that much experiance required to other companiess for good profile....join big4s or manufacturing concern..
