Generally when refund is received after intimation

As per act max period is 9 mts and it includes even if processed and intimation recived...processing unit gets completed only after refund is recived
but this is max time
However as seen on today's current scenario it is being processed and refunds been given in approx 45 days on an average, if one's Worklist/ e proceedings/ ac validated and nominated is all well in place

You have to wait upto 90days . After that you may raise grievance with CPC IT Department

Within 10-15 days on an average

Processing goes in batches .

There is no such limit of 8 to 10 days ..

Compared to earlier years , it is very quick since IT website developing and maintaining task is given to Infosys

I told on an average, for now I m getting it in 3-4 days.
