1- Is there any list of applicable case-laws issued by Institute for 'Corporate and allied laws' ?
2- Which teacher is the best in terms of revisinary videos for 'Corporate and allied laws' available on 'youtube'. Also, should I refer them a day before exam ?
3- I haven't studied 'SEBI Regulations' , what should I do? I don't have the time to go through the entire chapter.
4- Is there any summary/ reference book for carve in - carve out for 'Financial reporting' ?

To know the important portions applicable, go through the amendments in latest 2 RTP's and also try to go through latest 2 mock tests. It surely is not guaranteed but you can give it a shot cos you havent prepd well.

For SEBI ICDR you can go for a direct reading of the Practice Manual if you are comfortable. Generally PM questions are directly asked in the exams . Do check the RTP applicable for your attempt though .
