General ledger - good web site - Urgent

Hi,

          Can any one please let me know any good web site whcih will give good understanding on general ledger - accounts receivable , accounts payable etc .  This is for an MBA who has got some lucrative job offers from some MNC BPO's for GL ,AP,AR etc. She is not having much practical experience with accounts. If you have any documents regarding the same kindly upload it here.
