GEM PORTAL REGISTRATION

Dear CCI Fellows

Have a query on GEM portal registration, my client registered GST in 2017 but till Nov 2021 dint had any business transaction. Started filing Income tax returns for FY 2021-22 and 2022-23.  For FY23-24 its under audit process now.

MY question is for GEM portal registration and for Tender need 3 years IT Returns, i checked with customer care and they siad you can go ahead register with 2 years returns and can start BID also. 

Any one has registered with GEM portal or any idea, with 2 years returns can register and star Bidding. 

Tender is ahead by next week and need to register withint that and need to bid

It will be great if anyone reply asap.
