Gap between termination to new articleship

Dear Ridhi first of all you should clearify  that tranfer within state or not, if you want to transfer with in the state then you should need the permission of President of institute, otherwise you cannot take tranfer just filling and submission of form 109.

I am trying to get transfer in the same state as i am recently married. the distance between the two cities is 270 km. how would i get permission of President of institute.

You should write an application address to president and attached photocopy of form 109 submitted in the institute on 25 th jan 2010.
