GAP B/W PCC AND FINAL

Hello all.

It is being said that pcc atudents can write articles only after completion of articles for 3.5 years. but my question is,

should there be a min gap between the pcc pass and final attempt.

for eg, if a person clears pcc in nov 09 completes entire articles in july 10, can he write finals in nov 2010?

is the one year gap sufficient? does the icai have any rules regardin this?

sahi sawal kiya hain bhai

there should be a gap of 18 months b/w pcc and final exam

as i already said, there is no such compulsory gap b/w pcc and final, the only eligibilty for appearing in final exams is 3.5 yrs of articleship.

No min gap..can appear in May 10 if cleared in Nov 09

what matters is 3.5yrs of articleship........n on completion of it 1 can appear 4 fina...

IF u read the training guide it states that the student should have completed his 3.5yrs of articleship before giving his CA final exam.
