as per gic insurer cannot recognise liability before receipt of premium. in the given case insurer has issued policy to policyholder I.e. recognised liability before receipt of premium. this is in violation with insurance act/ guidelines but this has got nothing to do with policyholder's right to claim (concept of doctrine of indoor management). Insurer has issued policy o policyholder shall have right to claim.
note that this is my opinion

Site toh social hi hai, but purpose and intention purely academic and CA students/prof/ practitioner ke liye hai. but the nature is pervasive and that is why such things are everywhere. Nothing wrong in love, but this is pure harassment, against which action should be taken. anyway, I guess he is scared now and not using this profile any more.
