One of my friend have not filed his 2019-20 income tax return yet .
he's getting a rental income of 48 lakh PA.
can he file the return now ?
kindly help me out this .

Last date was already over on 31.5.21
Now he can file ITR only under condonation of delay
Now he can file ITR only under condonation of delay
May 31, 2021 was the last date to file ITR
Seems like it will ask notice number and date ,if I opt for under condonation of delay
Firstly you have to apply to commissioner, I think firstly go with physical application, if he allows then you can file the return under condonation
You should approach your nearest IT Commisioner
