FY 2018 - 19 Return not filed bank required declaration
My income tax return for FY 2018- 19 not filed, for loan purpose bank required declaration for not filed income tax return, so what reason we give them.. please suggest me....

Give the actual reason
Income below basic exemption limit ,if that's the reason!
There is a possibility that ITR filing would have missed even though there was taxable income
