Yes,Surely.....................It's Your Fundamental Rights,I don't understand logic behind query,No need of even PAN,only your one identity like passport is sufficient,Your Brokers/Depository/Bankers has obligations to keep your identity secured..............which most of them don't do in INDIA,as Judiciary is Sleeping.
