Income from trading of Future & Option treated as Speculation business or Presumptive income ?

It is not speculative
So it can be treated as presumptive income

It is business income. it is not Speculation income. Since it is business income you can take benefit under section 44AD which is for those who wants to show income under presumptive taxation
