I have F&O loss of Rs14000/- and salary income of Rs 7 lakh at the time of filing ITR-3 i have received alert while uploading JSON file that u have ro refer the provision of tax audit otherwise it may possible that your return may be defective!!
So any solution for that or should i upload it as it is including that alert?

Don't upload it as it is, as this will disallow your F&O losses. To file F&O losses without audit, you need to fill in your balance sheet and trading details. If you need any further help, then plz check your inbox.
I have filled up balance sheet and Profit and loss but in profit and loss i have declared only future and option loss and loss is carried forward to balance adjusted from capital and assets side i have shown cash bank and some fixed assets
