I have to download full HSN master and SAC master with rates for uploading in software..pls suggest me from where I have to download?

my Purchase return is more than purchase so my gst reverse is more than gst input
so where i reverse my gst amount in GSTR- 3B
If purchase return then reverse the Tax in Your ITC value.
If it's excess then show the excess value in next month.
If it's excess then show the excess value in next month.
