Board resolution with reason for Dormant....If the reason required any proof than such document, B/S and P/l for the year as per the Income tax Section applicable to your company irespective any activaty carried on or not. Application to ROC for Activation along with requisit fees and get in touch with the department for further requirement.
plz, provide me a proper format of Board Resolution to be filled with Form 61 along with the application, affidavits etc.
